SUMMARY:RYA Stage 2 (Oppy)
DESCRIPTION:The RYA Stage 2 is part of the RYA Youth Sailing Scheme providing an enjoyable and progressive way to learn to sail. \nHaving completed the RYA Stage 1 (Oppy)\, the RYA Stage 2 (Oppy) is continuing to develop basic sailing skills\, as well as ropework and collision avoidance. You will be able to tack and control boat speeds\, leaving you in a good position to progress. \nYou will spend maximum time on the water in Oppys\, with the instructor close at hand to guide you safely and expertly throughout the day. All equipment is provided\, including a wetsuit and buoyancy aid. \nThis is a three-day course\, 6 hours a day\, and upon successful completion of the course\, you’ll receive an RYA Stage 2 certificate. Logbook and certificate included in the price. \nTimings: 10am – 4:30pm everyday \nRequirements \n\n\n\n\nWater Confidence \nRYA Stage 1 preferred. \n8 – 10 years old \nBook Now

DESCRIPTION:If you have little or no experience in Kayaking\, a taster session is the perfect way to get involved. Guided by our knowledgeable and qualified instructors our tasters are designed for beginners. You’ll learn the basics in a safe\, fun and supportive environment\, build confidence on the water\, and discover what you enjoy most without committing to a full course.
